A Pair of White Peking Glass Jars with Green
19th century, Qing dynasty. The pair of white glass ginger jars of squat ovoid form with short, narrow necks and domed covers, all with green overlay, the bodies decorated with a phoenix perched on peony branches and song birds among plum branches, with a ruyi head border to the necks, on recessed foot-rings. Approx. 5 1/2 by 5 in., 14 by 12.7 cm.
