A Carved Ruby Red Peking Glass Snuff Bottle
Late 19th/early 20th century, Qing dynasty. The snuff bottle of flattened round form on a raised oval foot. One side with a single deer under a full moon, the other side with two deer in a field with a four character Qianlong mark. With a red coral stopper set in a brass collar with spoon. From the Christian Collection, Middleborough, MA. Approx. 2 5/8 by 1 5/8 in., 6.9 by 4.2 cm.
