A Japanese Silvered Bronze Mirror
19th/20th century. The circular well, cast with a pair of cranes and offspring among pine, prunus and bamboo the "Three Friends of Winter," with a tortoise at the center, pierced for attachment of a silk chord handle. Approx. 3/4 by 5 in. diam., 2 by 12.7 cm. diam.
