A Carved Wood Mask of the Dan People, Liberia
The wooden mask with pierced eyes, large nose and large pierced mouth, with hair, rafia and cloth embellishments, the head adorned with feathers to the top of the head, with holes to the edges and hardware to the back for hanging. Approx. 13 3/4 by 6 1/4 in., 34.7 by 15.7 cm.
