Pair of 19th Century Chinese Copper Red Covered Baluster Vases, the vases with underglaze copper red painting of auspicious emblems amidst a dense meander bearing lotus flowers all between a ruyi head border below the neck and a lappet border encircling the foot, the covers similarly decorated, one jar with chip to rim, the other with restoration to rim of cover, both with minor firing flaws, appx. 17 in. H, 10 1/4 in. DIA.
