A French Gilt Brass Singing Birdcage Automaton
Bontems of Paris. In working condition. The bird sings, moves its head, beak and tail feathers when wound.The birdcage resting on three brass feet, with "Made in France 5429041" hammered into the base. Approx. 11 1/4 by 5 7/8 in., 29 by 15 cm.
