This white form of Tara symbolizes transcendental knowledge and purity. Here she is shown seated in padmasana on a double lotus base, her left hand making the abhaya fearlessness mudra and her right hand making the varada gift giving mudra, each hand features an eye in the middle of her palms. She wears a scarf draped across her shoulders, ornate body jewelry, and a five-pendant floral diadem on her tilted head. A serene expression on her face; she has a vertical third eye in the middle of her forehead. Copper plate to base. Approx. 6 by 4 in., 15.3 by 10.2 cm
