A Chinese Porcelain Famille Verte Rouleau Vase
20th century, Republic period. The tall rouleau vase decorated in Kangxi style famille verte enamels to depict generals in conversation with their respective companies on the side holding spears, swords, an umbrella, and a horse. The shoulder decorated with a lozenge pattern and peonies and rocks around the neck. Six character underglaze blue xingshu Kangxi mark in a double blue circle to base. Approx. 14 3/4 by 6 3/4 in., 37.5 by 17 cm.
