A Japanese Bronze Table Stand

18th/19th century, Edo period. The two tiered stand carved with shaped panels containing prunus flowers within key fret borders, with shaped carved aprons around the top and lower shelf, raised on four shaped legs with dragon head knees, with marks to underside of top. Provenance: From a Newport, Rhode Island Estate. Approx. 24 3/4 by 11 1/2 in., 63 by 29.3 cm.
