A Chinese White Jade Carving of a Qilin
19th century, Qing dynasty. A recumbent qilin with two horns, head turned back, its mouth holding several sprigs of lingzhi fungus of immortality, and an upturned tail. Light russet inclusion to lingzhi sprigs. Approx. 1 1/2 by 1 3/4 in., 3.5 by 4 cm.
