A White Agate Snuff Bottle

Mid 19th/early 20th century, Qing dynasty. The well hollowed snuff bottle of flattened round form resting on a concave oval foot, with a matching agate stopper and spoon. The stone of banded white agate with brown and russet inclusions. From the Christian Collection, Middleborough, MA. Approx. 2 3/8 by 1 1/2 in., 6.1 by 4 cm.
