The seventh animal in the Chinese zodiac, the recumbent horse looking back over its shoulder, with a finely carved mane and tail. Russet inclusions on the horse's face, hind quarters, and tail. On a wooden base of carved clouds. Approx. 2 3/4 by 4 in., 7 by 10.3 cm.
