A Chinese Porcelain Blue and White Kendi
18th century, Qing dynasty. A porcelain kendi with a bulbous body rising to a tall knopped trumpet neck and set at the shoulder with a mammiform spout. Decorated in underglaze blue to depict landscapes and floral sprays. Approx. 9 by 7 in., 23 by 18 cm.
